Clancy is a big dark bay sports Morgan. He came to us from Raynyday Morgans in Ohio in 2005. People are always asking us why we bought a gelding. The answer is always the same: it was love at first sight. We were shopping for mares but could not resist adopting Clancy. We have never regretted our decision. He is our herd clown and never misses a chance to come to the gate of a cuddle and carrot. We use him as a babysitter for our foals, safe ride for our guests and of course we ride him ourselves. He goes under western saddle or bareback for Scott and and English or endurance saddle for Anne. His biggest adventure in Europe so far has been riding through the battle field at Waterloo during a battle re-enactment. He wasn't sure about the cannons and drums but sure enjoyed the attention. With his beautiful head he is a poster child for the breed, and looked very good on our wedding pictures to boot!

Bellini is a 2009 palomino gelding. He is a carbon copy of his sire Ancan Kodachrome and his full brother Expat’s Golden Canon. He should mature into a refined and elegant horse with paces that will impress even dressage judges. He has natural athletic ability and we expect him to do very well under saddle in a variety of disciplines. Bellini picks and chooses his friends whether horses or people carefully. Once he is your friend, he tries very hard to be your best friend. Anne has a hard time taking pictures of anybody else other than Bellini if he is in the paddock: he simply must put himself in front of the camera.

Pat is a 2008 gelding. He is bright chestnut splash with lots of chrome and a blue eye. Like his sire Ancan Kodachrome he carries the splash gene. Pat has a powerful round compact frame and elevated paces. We expect Pat to be spectacular both under saddle and in harness. Pat is true to his show horse breeding. From the moment he was born, he exuded confidence and presence. In the yearling herd he was without a doubt the man in charge and seemed to find it perfectly natural. We will be showing Pat during the 2010 season.

Smokes is a darling 2009 brown gelding. His dam was so big when she was expecting him that our vet was convinced that he was due late in the year in 2008 and not in the spring of 2009. When he finally was born in March 2009, it seemed fitting that he should be called Great Expectations. He is the most people friendly foal you could imagine. He is always the first at the gate and will follow you around the paddock. He looks very much like his dam, Ancan Second Fiddle, and has her sweet disposition. Smokes is a quick learner and tries very hard to please. He has a very typey head and plenty of movement. He will make the perfect family Morgan and should do well in a number of disciplines.

CASANOVA
Gray Arabian gelding

Casa is an purebred Arabian gelding. He was bred to be an endurance horse and is a real athlete. Equally at ease over jumps and on the trails, Casa is a fun ride. He loves to be around people and lives to be pampered. We use him as our unofficial babysitter for our youngsters: we know that he will play with them but never hurt them.
